Celebrity blogger/beauty pageant judge Perez Hilton has stepped into it once more.  When first reports came through about Michael Jackson being taken to the hospital, Perez gave it his typically nasty, cynical spin, implying the self-styled “King of Pop” might be faking cardiac arrest.  A few minutes later, as the gravity of the situation became clear, Perez pulled the snarky post.
